What is Lilac Blue Weddings?

Lilac Blue Weddings was created to provide a personal and boutique-inspired online Gift List Service that allows couples to mix everything from fine bone china, crystal and bed linens with more unusual items like donations to charity, collectable bottles of wine, bespoke artwork or a meal at a Michelin-starred London restaurant. We do our very best to ensure you never run out of ideas to inspire your guests, right up to your wedding day! 

Getting Started

• You can either create your list through our website or if help is required, you can contact a personal account manager via e-mail at weddings@lilacblue.com or by telephone on 0845 388 1038.  We will happily meet at your London-based home or our Central London offices.
• If you are unable to find what you are looking for on our catalogue, we can always source it for you! (up to a maximum of five additional suppliers).  If we are unable to set up a relationship with a specific supplier, then we can still list the item but with a 10% administration charge built into the cost of the product or experience.
• We will supply you with as many gift cards as you require to be sent out with your invitations, advising your guests where your list is held and directions on how to access Lilac Blue Weddings. We will also supply you with a customer service telephone number for those guests that do not have internet access - enabling them to request a faxed or posted list from us.

Up until the wedding day

• Your online wedding list can be added to and updated right up until your wedding day.
• We will be in touch with you on a regular basis to establish whether you are happy with the items remaining on your list and to ensure that all price brackets are still sufficiently covered - suggesting additional gifts when necessary.

Receiving your Gifts - The most important part!

• All of your gifts will arrive on the date and to the destination of your choice. Delivery is free on the UK mainland.
• All gifts come beautifully presented with handwritten notecards conveying your guests' messages.
• Please bear in mind that suppliers have variable lead times, for example, certain china suppliers have up to an 8 week lead time.
• Lilac Blue Weddings will happily offer you a 10% discount if you choose to purchase any items off your list that were not chosen by your guests.

Pricing

• Pricing is set at standard retail (the only exception might be where a 10% administration fee may be necessary - as detailed above). 
• There is no gift-wrapping or general administration fees.
• Lilac Blue Weddings will provide one free delivery during the week to the UK mainland.  Additional deliveries will be quoted at the standard 1st class mail rate dependant on destination, carriage weight and size.
